| Honour Your Flow menstrual pads are made by a UK WAHM (work at home mum) - we're proud to support cottage industry in this way, we've stocked this brand for some time on our sister site, Earthwise Girls, and it's proven to be such a steady favourite that we thought it was time it made an appearance here too.

| British made reusable menstrual pad in a selection of sizes. Features leopard print cotton on the top, with leopard fleece underneath. The Maxi and Night pads also feature a hidden layer of PUL for leak prevention. The Mini and Regular pads don't have this layer, but we haven't found this to be an issue when using them.
Available in 4 sizes:
Mini - panty liner, 18cm long
Regular - short sanitary towel for light/average days, 20cm long
Maxi - longer, thicker pad for heavier days, 27cm long
Night - uniquely shaped extra long pad for nights, with flared back for extra protection against leaks, 40cm long.
All pads feature a popper fastening and are machine washable at up to 60 degrees.
Absorbency is provided by inner layers of cotton fleece, and the pads feature quilted stitching to help draw the fluid into the centre of the pad and away from your body.
