Real Nappies for London is all about promoting and encouraging the use of real nappies, participating councils provide a voucher to qualifying parents, which can then be exchanged for washable nappies.

How to use your Voucher

You may order online as usual, but please note that we cannot dispatch your order until the original voucher, and proof of identity (such as a copy of a utility bill or drivers licence) is received.

If your order total comes to more than the voucher value, you may either pay the balance by cheque, or contact us to make a credit or debit card payment.

The voucher can only be exchanged for real nappies, wraps and reasonably associated goods such as nappy liners and grippers.

The voucher must be spent in a single transaction.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed retrospectively (ie after the purchase).

No cash change can be given if the full amount of the voucher is not spent.

We cannot despatch your goods to a different name or address than that shown on the voucher.

Nappy Trials

If you wish to use our nappy trial scheme, the voucher cannot be used for the trial deposit, however you can use it as payment or part payment for your order at the end of your nappy trial. Please return the voucher to us at the end of your nappy trial, with the proof of identity and your order details.
