| Shaped Cloth Nappies - Sized |
| Sized cloth nappies, which come in two or more different sizes, give you a good fit at each stage, with a less bulky and neater nappy at the newborn stage, and then a larger, more absorbent cloth nappy for older babies. Some of the cloth nappies come in more than 2 sizes, but most babies will only need the small and large (or size 1 and 2). If you need advice, please do ask!
In some cases, the larger size cloth nappy can be used as a birth to potty nappy, which usually works out as the most economical birth to potty system - I have indicated in the product description where this is possible. Some cloth nappies might need additional boosters for night-time use, these can be found in our nappy boosters section.

The Sandy’s nappy from Mother-ease is a lovely soft sized nappy, with gentle elastication around the legs, and fastening with poppers at the hip and waist. This is quite a slim nappy, a nice one to slip into the changing bag, yet doesn't compromise on absorbency. As you would expect from Mother-ease, containment is very good, even with really runny poo.
The fit of the nappy is adjusted with 2 poppers on each side of the waist and 3 at the hip, making it suitable for any build of baby, although if your baby is short, you may find that the Popolini Two Size, which is very similar in design, is a slightly better fit as it's ever so slightly shorter. The Sandy's cloth nappy is available in four sizes, XSmall for 6-12lbs (most babies won't need this but it's great for lower birthweight babies or twins), Small is for 8-20lbs, Large from 18-35lbs, and the Extra Large Toddle-ease nappy is for toddlers (though in practice will fit many babies from about 25lbs). This nappy works well with all the wraps we stock - if you're buying the XSmall Sandy's, I suggest using the XS size Popo Wrap over. Please note that the XS and XL sizes are available in unbleached only, however the Small and Large nappies come in a choice of white or unbleached. This nappy may need boosting overnight, see our accessories section for a range of boosters and liners for all our nappies. The Popolini boosters fit nicely inside a Sandy's.

| I found these superb, especially in the beginning when I was new to cloth nappies. They are really easy to put on a wriggly baby. I tended to leave the poppers on loose and then adjust them as needed when it was on. I also used them when I ran out of bright bot trainer pants as a trainer and that worked well. |

| I really like these nappies. They are very easy to use (so are particularly good if someone else has to do a nappy change), fit very well and stay nice and soft after washing. They are quite slim fitting so are particularly good under trousers. The only downside is that they are not as absorbant as some nappies so I don't tend to use them over night. It's still worth having some as daytime nappies though. |

| My favourite shaped nappy ever!
Both of my children have been exploders when it comes to poo time and this is the only nappy that has been able to contain them - never ever had a leak.
They do take a while to dry as they all the absorbency is sew into the nappy, but that con in my view is far outweighed by the pro of leakproofness! |
